Submission guidelines

  • Abstracts are to be written in English and should be submitted electronically using the Conftool abstract management system.
  • You can submit an abstract for an oral presentation, oral, but willing to give a poster if not accepted and/or poster presentation.
  • Abstracts have to be submitted by 15 October 2024 (23:59 CEST) at the latest. Abstracts received after this date will not be evaluated.
  • The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
  • References can be used. The number of words is included in the maximum length of the abstract.
  • Authors can list max. 3 keywords.
  • Authors should select max. 2 topics.

  • Final notification of acceptance status (oral/poster): 21 March 2025
